Working closely with senior practitioners, the role involves managing Commercial थोड़ाդ matters from start to finish, including drafting legal documents, advising clients, handling court proceedings and working to resolve disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
* Advise clients on commercial risks, strategy, and dispute resolution options
* Handle discovery, including document review and depositions
* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
* Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders throughout proceedings
We are looking for:
* 5 years+ PAE in Commercial Litigation
* Strong advocacy skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach to disputes
* Excellent analytical 图片and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing your career
* Ability to work efficiently on multiple matters with autonomy and support
