Role Overview:
To support and coordinate the procurement, purchasing, and logistics functions for Stolway Pty Ltd. The role focuses on sourcing materials, maintaining supplier relationships, managing inventory accuracy, and coordinating the despatch and delivery of goods in line with Stolway or client requirements.

Key Deliverables:
* Source and purchase materials at the best possible value and quality.
* Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and item master records.
* Support supplier assessment and evaluation processes.
* Coordinate import/export activities and ensure timely delivery.
* Assist in regular stocktakes and inventory adjustments.
* Generate reports on purchase status, stock shortages, and logistics issues.
* Liaise with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
* Maintain compliance with ISO9001, ATEX, and other system requirements.
* Support a safe and rewarding work environment.

Duties of Role:
* Purchase goods through the approved purchasing system accurately and on time.
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
* Update and monitor order tracking and purchasing records.
* Prepare logistics documentation and coordinate transport for shipments.
* Assist in reviewing purchasing performance and supplier metrics.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
* Support implementation of strategic objectives related to procurement and logistics.
* Perform other duties as required by management.

Role Requirements:
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
* 2–3 years' experience in procurement or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Work Experience
* Experience in supplier management, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems.
* Advanced configuration knowledge of ERP systems is required.
* HVAC or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
* Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation is acceptable for this position.
* Track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements through effective supplier negotiation and planning.
* Familiarity with Australian customs, import/export documentation, and WHS compliance in logistics operations.
* Strong negotiation skills with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, favourable terms, and timely delivery.
