Overview
The Oaks is one of Sydney's most iconic hotels, in Neutral Bay, offering spaces for drinking, dining and socialising. We are seeking an experienced Casual Head Cellarman to join our team. The role is approximately 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Stock requisitions
- Ordering and dealing directly with wholesalers
- Assisting the bars with refilling
- Assisting with the cleaning of beer lines
- Receiving stock deliveries
- Moving furniture and setting up for functions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Basic understanding of stock management
- Knowledge of cellar equipment including taps, pumps, and cooling systems
- Experience in cellar operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cellar operations within hospitality or brewery environments
- Availability to participate in a 7-day roster including days, weekends and public holidays
- RSA certificate
- Legal right to work in Australia
