This could be the job for you.Tunnel Express is expanding across Melbourne's Southeast, including new and upcoming sites, and we're looking for an amotivated Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base and drive Wash Club memberships across our Keysborough, Carrum Downs, and Moorabbin locations.We are looking for a warrior who is fearless and wants to conquer new empires and help us grow.This job is not for the weak, it is not for people who want to hide from the world behind a computer.It is a job for the brave, the dedicated and the hard working.And we reward those values.What You'll Be Doing:Calling local businesses to generate new business opportunities.Engage with local customers and businesses to promote Tunnel Express memberships.Drive new sign-ups through face-to-face outreach and relationship building.Work independently across multiple sites to meet sales targets.Represent the brand with professionalism and energy.Keep accurate records and report on performance.Collaborate with site teams to support customer service and promotions.Use software to track your progress and find ways to convert and earn more.What We're Looking For:Sales, customer service or business development experience (automotive or retail preferred).
Confident communicator with strong people skills.Self-starter who thrives on achieving goals.Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office/Teams.Available to work weekends and travel between sites.B2B Outbound skills a plusWhy Join Tunnel Express?
