Pinnacle Support Services is expanding our team and seeking qualified, experienced, and person-centred support workers to provide high-quality care to our NDIS participants.
About the Role
You will provide one-on-one and community-based support to individuals living with disability. Duties include:
* Assisting with manual handling and personal care
* Providing community access and transport to appointments, social outings, and activities
* Supporting clients to achieve their goals and independence
* Completing progress notes and maintaining professional communication with the team
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (WA)
* First Aid & CPR Certification
* Manual Handling Training (current or willing to obtain)
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* A caring, respectful, and professional attitude

Pay: $40.00 – $50.58 per hour

* Support work: 1 year (Preferred)

* Full Driver Licence (Required)
