Make an impact
In this dynamic fast paced role, you will be an integral part of the growing HR Connect team partnering with clinical managers, non-clinical managers and senior leaders to design and deliver expert human resource strategies, solutions and advice. You will provide leadership, coaching, development and partnership for one HR Consultant (direct report) to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.
You will collaborate and partner with Fiona Stanely Hospital employees and leaders in your respective portfolio, to ensure seamless HR advice across:
* Interpreting and providing advice on 5 x industrial instruments
* Overseeing and advising on position management processes including position creation and position reclassification
* Advising and executing workforce change management processes
* Advising and executing numerous policies and procedures
* Overseeing complex non-work-related fitness for work processes
* Advising on the resolution of complex grievance processes
* Advising on the execution of complex performance management processes
* Advising and executing organisation-wide projects and initiatives
* Working with a portfolio of approximately 3,000 employees; and
* Ensuring compliance with standards and Key Performance Indicators
* The HR Connect team do not provide end to end human resource advice/services and do not complete any disciplinary, misconduct or investigative processes.

Your ideal skills and experience:
* Proven human resource experience (preferably in a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role) in large organisation, navigating complexity and competing stakeholder demands
* Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume case management
* Demonstrated experience in workforce change management
* Demonstrated strong customer service focus with a strong ability to build credibility, influence, partnership and negotiate with various level of stakeholders
* Demonstrated high proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systems
* Demonstrated flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and coachability
* Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated strong level of attention to detail balanced against speed
* Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
