You will be part of bidding and leading on large-scale projects across data centers, commercial, life science, healthcare, education, government, multifamily and office.Our client, although established, is looking to add to the team due to experiencing growth in certain markets such as mission-critical.Your new roleThe Senior Preconstruction Manager will manage a team of 3-5 Preconstruction Managers and lead multiple projects. You will oversee all aspects of project estimating during the Preconstruction phase, evaluating feasibility, creating budgets from early design to bid preparation, comparing costs, identifying savings, and delivering clear reports to both internal teams and external partners.
