About the role
We are seeking a Digital Communications Manager to join our Marketing team and support brand growth, digital acquisition, and customer engagement. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract designed to provide additional support during a transitional period. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, key responsibilities include:
* Deliver and optimise our digital and direct marketing strategy across eDM, website, social, paid and organic campaigns
* Lead the development of digital content – from social posts and email marketing to website updates – ensuring consistent tone and brand alignment
* Manage paid & organic digital advertising (SEO, SEM, social ads) to drive lead generation, engagement, and ROI
* Use data, insights and analytics to refine campaigns, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable results
* Collaborate across the business to launch campaigns, promote products, and manage stakeholder and agency relationships
* Ensure compliance, deadlines and budgets are met while delivering high-quality marketing communications
All about you
We are seeking someone with the following qualifications, skills and experience:
* A degree in Marketing, Commerce or related discipline (preferred)
* 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or communications
* Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar)
* Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
* A creative eye with attention to detail, plus basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite)
* Strong communication, time-management, and stakeholder management skills
