Job Title: Guest Experience and Sales Coordinator
This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales targets.
The successful candidate will lead a team to drive sales growth, develop frontline staff, and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate has experience in the health, fitness, leisure or recreation industry in a management, sales, marketing, or customer service capacity. Key accountabilities include:
1. Training and developing frontline staff to meet sales targets.
2. Meeting new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
3. Providing exceptional guest experiences in person and over the phone.
A solid understanding of business needs and processes, including KPIs and service standards, is essential. Experience leading teams and working flexible hours is highly regarded.
