Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve our teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
