Join a well-established Queensland wholesale and trade supplier supporting contractors and commercial clients across the region. This is a hands-on, all-rounder position where you’ll play a key role across the finance function in a fast-paced, product-based environment. You’ll have full visibility across accounts, payroll, inventory and reporting - with the autonomy to truly make an impact. Key Responsibilities End-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable Credit control and cashflow management Payroll processing, super and ATO compliance Bank and credit card reconciliations Inventory management, stock adjustments & costings Margin analysis and product costing MYOB Advanced system management & reporting Monthly P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting Support with stocktakes and operational processes Ad-hoc admin/HR support About You 5 years’ experience in a Bookkeeper or Senior Bookkeeper role Background in wholesale, trade, manufacturing or product-based environments Strong understanding of inventory, stock control and costings is beneficial Experience with MYOB Advanced or similar ERP systems Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Confident managing payroll, super and ATO requirements Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously Why Apply Own the finance function end-to-end Broad, varied role across accounts, payroll and inventory Stable, long-standing business Murarrie location with onsite parking If you’re a detail-driven Bookkeeper who understands inventory, margins and cost control, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can genuinely add value.
