As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Traralgon Grey Street
* 60 place centre located in a residential area close to schools and community conveniences
* Spread across four rooms and two outside spaces catering to each age group
* Join a supportive and highly qualified team of Educators
* Well established centre, running since 2005!
You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Vic Working with Children Check
