Key Responsibilities
You will be:
* Fostering culture evolution in a family-run business, transitioning it into a corporate environment with structure and discipline.
* Overseeing operational efficiency and delivering on performance metrics.
* Empowering the team through safety, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Your experience should demonstrate:
* A trade or technical tertiary education, combined with at least 5 years of experience in FMCG maintenance management.
* A pragmatic leadership approach with ability to effect culture change.
* Strong commercial acumen, responsible for decision-making around spares, stores, preventative maintenance, CAPEX, and recruitment.
* A sound technical understanding of automated technology in a fast-paced environment.
