You will be working with glass on a variety of vehicles, such as trucks, buses, planes, military vehicles, machinery and plant equipment, just to name a few.
O'Brien Glass has an exciting opportunity for you to begin your new career within the Auto Glass industry by joining our Wakerley Heavy Vehicle division as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.

Apprenticeship Details
* This is on the job learning with a very supportive Team and Management
* Complete the Apprenticeship within 3‐4 years and receive the full qualification from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
* You will be paid on competency and not on tenure: e.g., you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certification.
* Willing to stay employed after you have completed your Apprenticeship.
Current Bonus Offered
* $5K NEW STARTER BONUS (once off payment)
* Must complete six months employment
* Must pass all probation's to be eligible
What You'll Be Doing
* Loading and unloading glass
* Crane and machinery fitment
* Cutting glass to specifications provided
* Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
* Develop the skills and capabilities to repair, replace and fit windscreens on Trucks and Buses to Australian Standards
* Learn how to complete re‐calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
* Deliver an excellent experience to our customers
