Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Project & Change Delivery: Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects and change initiatives, ensuring they meet defined scope, objectives, and quality outcomes.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop project teams, manage their work output, foster continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to company values and policies.
* Methodology Development & Governance: Champion development, implementation, and continuous improvement of robust project and change management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the team, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, implement proactive, transparent, and effective communication strategies for all initiatives, and manage escalations effectively.
* Change Adoption & Risk Mitigation: Drive effective planning, execution, and embedding of change initiatives. Minimize resistance, maximize engagement, and mitigate change-related risks.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish comprehensive reporting mechanisms for project progress, status, resource utilization, and change adoption, including post-implementation reviews and benefits realization tracking.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure all team activities and deliverables adhere to relevant company policies, procedures, and corporate communication guidelines. Maintain sound knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated success in project execution and change management, delivering tangible business outcomes.
Certified in a formal project management and/or change methodology.
A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to support decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to capture and embed business benefits.
