Responsibilities
* Create a people‑first culture by empowering and developing talent within your team
* Drive our financial sales goals and metrics in a multimillion‑dollar store
* Deliver on the brand vision and strategy
* Be on the floor 80% of the week to ensure the customer is at the core of our decisions and provide memorable experiences 100% of the time
* Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results
* Select, recruit and onboard all new team members within your store
* Maintain best‑in‑class visual merchandising and a safe environment for customers and staff
Qualifications
* Team player who strives for excellence across sales, operations and team development
* Experience and passion for delivering best‑in‑class experiences
* Ability to motivate, inspire and coach a large team of brand ambassadors
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a premium, fast‑paced retail environment with a proven record of driving sales and KPIs
* Leadership with a motivated & driven “Make it Happen” attitude
* Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for future growth
* Experience in managing rosters and achieving cost‑efficiency metrics
