About You
You must be an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of three years working as Property Manager or Licensee / Licensee in Charge (L.R.E.A) within a property management Real Estate Agency.
You must be well versed and up to date with current legislation and have the ability to lead by example and manage a team of property agents.
With a contagious passion for Property Management, your skills and experience will reflect your high customer service standards.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients from the initial point of contact right through to settlement.
Manage a portfolio
Maintain high quality standards in delivery of all Property Management services
Keep up to date with relevant legislation
Oversee the rent roll supervising and advising the Property Management team
Monitor and attend, if necessary Tribunal claims
Maintain high quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and reputation.
Handle and manage complaints, using complaints register and provide reports to Management as applicable
The ideal candidate with require:
Current certificate lodged with Office of Fair Trading
Current unrestricted Drivers Licence
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Computer literacy including advanced knowledge of Property Me and Inspect Real Estate
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to implement systems and procedures.
Strong customer service focus and skills
Advanced Property management knowledge
Leadership, Training and Mentorship skills
Ability to identify issues and provide solutions
