We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering busy switchboard calls, meeting and greeting customers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, performing administrative tasks such as mailroom, general administration, and clerical duties, and updating databases, customer filing systems, and bank reconciliations.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in operating a reception desk and using a switchboard phone system
* Administration experience within an office environment
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering busy switchboard calls external and internal
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
* Performing administrative tasks such as mailroom, general administration, and clerical duties
* Updating databases, customer filing systems, and bank reconciliations
* Assisting marketing and sales departments
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, work well under pressure, and meet strict deadlines. They will also possess a professional manner, a valid C-class driver's license, and a safe and responsible driving attitude/manner.
