As a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business, we're expanding our team with a key role in depot operations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll work in a fast-paced environment coordinating safe, efficient, and effective depot activities.
The Role
Coordinating depot operations is crucial for ensuring smooth logistics and maximizing asset availability. You will collaborate with our Perth-based team to maintain our fleet of assets and align with our transport division to oversee freight coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure safety compliance throughout all depot activities while following policies and procedures.
* Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records to optimize depot efficiency.
* Handle communications across internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless coordination.
* Conduct stocktakes, maintain accurate logs, and manage consumables to ensure operational continuity.
* Lead the quarterly Test & Tag program to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements include being a resident of Karratha, holding a current Australian Driver's Licence, having a solid understanding of workshop depot operations, strong attention to detail, and MS Office skills.
