* Own the ongoing currency, fitness‑for‑purpose, and technical lifecycle of the existing enterprise data product portfolio.
* Partner closely with Data Product Leads to translate domain‑level business requirements into robust, reusable technical designs.
* Act as a key technical partner to the Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer to ensure your team provides clear, high‑quality analysis and models that enable efficient development.
* Ensure all data product designs align with Data Governance and Trust frameworks, working within enterprise frameworks to meet regulatory and audit obligations.

* Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing a team of technical specialists.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing the design and delivery of large‑scale data solutions or data products.
* Deep expertise in data modelling, data analysis, and data architecture within a complex enterprise environment/banking or financial services industry.
* Proven ability to partner effectively with both business‑facing and engineering teams.
* A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (certifications in data modelling or architecture desirable).
Benefits

* Health and wellbeing support, including discounted gym memberships, private health insurance options, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family members.
* Opportunities to advance learning through our corporate university ‘BEN U’ or an external provider of your choice.
* Flexible work options that put our people first, working in a hybrid model with a minimum local Head Office attendance as determined by your Leader.
