We're hiring: Sales Consultant for Renewable Energy in the Greater Geelong & Surf Coast Region.
Environmental Energy Services is a high-end, boutique solar and battery installation company and we're growing. We're looking for a driven, people-first sales consultant who wants to do more than hit targets: someone who wants to help local households take genuine control of their energy future.
This is a business development field-based role with serious earning potential a commission structure where genuine earnings of $150k–$200k+ are achievable, plus a tiered bonus structure that rewards new business you generate beyond our established sales funnels.
What your week looks like:
* Attending pre-set appointments within ~60km of Geelong and the Surf Coast
* Sitting with homeowners (around an hour each) to walk them through government rebates, product options, system design and real dollar savings
* Designing tailored solar + battery solutions and presenting clear, compelling quotes
* Owning your pipeline with 100% accuracy in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
