**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The Business Change Management (BCM) team is charged with controlling, managing and delivering a range of Programs, Projects and Change Initiatives for the CIB Securities Services business across Australia and New Zealand.
The team have a requirement for an experienced business test lead to execute testing with our business on critical projects, reporting to the Project Manager.
The Business Test Lead is responsible for:
Creation and maintenance of the overall test strategy
Creation and maintenance of overall test plan and run sheet
Create and maintain test objectives matrix for user acceptance testing and joint user acceptance testing
Responsible for the test environment set ups including data cuts, refreshes and code deployment
Co ordination of user acceptance testing activities including test execution activities with business users and defect re testing
Co ordination and trouble shooting root causes and impacts of defects including regression testing
Regular status reporting on testing progress including defect reporting from JIRA/TFS
Ensure that all BNPP deliverables are on schedule to the agreed plan
Managing the project risk assessments for testing
Management of the vendor engagement to ensure all deliverables are in line with the testing timeline
Management of the client engagement for all joint testing activities
Management of BNPP business stakeholder engagement to ensure all sign offs are achieved where required
Creation of test summary reports and test completion reports
Conducting the post implementation review with test teams and reporting to the business test manager

Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations by managing risks and issues
Achieving the above by defining baselines, tracking test progress, and test status reporting, determining, and taking corrective actions

Business partnering with senior stakeholders internally and externally (clients, vendors, regulators)

Required
- 5 yrs + Experience in leading/managing a team
- 10 yrs + Experience in Testing
- Experience working with an offshore team
- Experience in Customer (internal/external) facing roles
Desirable:
- Knowledge of custodian and/or funds management administration
- Working knowledge of IT systems and environments
- Experience with financial institutions
- Tertiary qualification in IT
