What will you be doing?
* Support end-of-month deliverables
* Conduct monthly general ledger reconciliations
* Perform weekly bank reconciliations and process invoices
* Assist in GST reconciliation/BAS preparation, FBT, and Income tax returns
* Aid in cashflow and treasury functions
* Assist in inter-company reconciliations and liaise with global Lockton entities
* Assist with aged debtors reporting
* Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
* Assist in fiduciary payment processing (insurer payments and statutory remittances)
* Assist in annual budgeting, internal and external audits, and other required reporting
* Admin support and other duties as deemed appropriate

You will need the following experience and qualifications:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (desirable)
* 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable (desirable)
* Experience using Oracle Fusion or a large ERP system (highly desirable, not mandatory)
* Understanding of insurance broking systems (desirable)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level proficiency
* Proficiency with use of other Microsoft programs
