We have two Food and Beverage Operations: The Verandah, our casual pub/bistro style restaurant that seats 200 and is open 7 days for breakfast and dinner; and the Group Dining Hall that can cater for up to 120 patrons (often three sittings per day) and catering to school group meals that is about to be redeveloped.About the roleThe role oversees all kitchen operations in The Verandah and the Group Dining Hall, leading a team of qualified chefs along with pizza cooks. 
This is a hands-on role in high-volume kitchens. 
The working space is new and professional, the culture is positive, and the atmosphere is pumping during service.
