About the Role
As the Support Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading Support Services, Security, and Cleaning across multiple sites
* Delivering safe, efficient services that support clinical areas
* Oversight of security programs, audits, and risk minimisation
* Maintenance of switchboard, mail, fleet, grounds, and horticulture services
* Management of rosters, budgets, staffing, and performance
* Building strong relationships with clinical leaders and departments
* Oversight of contractors, service contracts, and KPI reporting
* Guidance on policy development and ensuring compliance with standards
* Analysis of data, completion of audits, and preparation of reports
* Driving continuous improvement and best-practice systems
