We are looking for a CEO with proven experience in retail leadership, acquisitions, buying, merchandising, and supply chain. Someone who can grow revenue, elevate brand presence, and lead a high-performance team through a period of sustained expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the overall growth strategy for the business
* Lead acquisition opportunities, new sites, and retail expansion
* Oversee buying, merchandising, range planning, and pricing strategy
* Manage import, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations
* Drive sales performance, margin improvement, and profitability
* Strengthen brand presence and customer experience across all channels
* Lead and develop the senior leadership team
* Ensure strong financial management, business planning, and operational excellence
About You
* Experience as a CEO, COO, GM, or senior executive in retail
* A track record in scaling businesses, acquisitions, and multisite growth
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in buying/merchandising
* Knowledge of import, logistics, and supply chain management
* Ability to drive sales, profitability, and brand expansion
* A hands‑on, decisive leadership style with a growth mindset
