Essential
* Building reusable components
* Experience developing accessible web applications
* Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, vanilla JS and how to use in the context of accessibility
* Good React knowledge including use of hooks
* Experience with SCSS including mixins, functions etc.
* Awareness and understanding of WCAG, as well as meeting accessibility standards
* Knowledge of ARIA roles and attributes
* Experience with accessibility testing - screen readers, browsers and keyboard driven functionality
* Use of git
* Use of npm
Desirable
* Use of Dart SCSS
* Design UX/VD experience
* Experience using Sketch, Invision or other design software
* Ability to write documentation
* Comfortable with sharing knowledge to, and mentoring other developers
* Ability to configure, maintain and update webpack builds
* Experience creating, editing and maintaining production build/deployment plans
* Atlassian stack: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo
* Developing and customizing Storybook
* Knowledge of and experience using web components - native or library based
