As a Duty Manager or Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, inspiring and mentoring your team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across bars, restaurants, and accommodation
* Inspire and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Elevate guest experiences by handling inquiries and resolving issues
* Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory while maintaining efficient operations
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Approved Manager License
* Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment
* Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
* Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure
* Experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments
