About The Role
The Marketing Specialist role drives strategic marketing initiatives to enhance Engineers Australia's professional development offerings. The role works collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns with measurable outcomes, while safeguarding and strengthening the Engineers Australia Masterbrand. This is 12 months fixed term opportunity.

In This Role You Will
* Strategic Campaigns – Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans and campaigns across awards, conferences, and events, optimising budgets for maximum ROI.
* Cross-Channel Execution – Create and manage content for email, web, social, and video; deliver paid and organic campaigns; apply email marketing best practices.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to align priorities and deliver high-quality, on-brand outcomes.
* Analysis & Improvement – Track and report on KPIs, provide insights and recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and processes.
* Brand Stewardship – Champion the Engineers Australia Masterbrand, ensuring consistent, high-quality representation across all touchpoints.
* Operational Excellence – Manage multiple projects, demonstrate commercial acumen, adapt under pressure, and maintain accurate documentation.
