**TEN Recruitment **is working closely with one of Australia's most reputable mining contractors who has just informed us of a very exciting opportunity for a devoted
Reporting to Site Training Supervisor, your responsibilities may include:
- Organizing and implementing training and assessment in accordance with training standards and site-specific training plan;
- Identifying any out of date, inaccurate or unsuitable content in site training material and bring to the attention of the Training Supervisor;
- Providing training records to ensure precision, currency and privacy;
- Support training of other site departments as required; and
- Ensuring fulfillment of training forecast/schedule and allocated training needs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or Work Health and Safety.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Sound understanding of underground mining operations.
- Exposure to FIFO.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Well-developed written and verbal communications.
- Current WA "C" Class Drivers License.
- Exceptional level of computer literacy.
- Proven knowledge of Success Factors, Incontrol (INX) and other relevant systems.
- Ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
**Essential criteria**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 update is required)
- Experience with Modular or similar type Dispatch System;
- Demonstrated extensive experience in training and operating a variety of the below:
- Ø CAT 6040/ 6060 excavators
- Ø CAT 993/ 994 wheel loader
- Ø CAT D10/ D11 track dozer
- Ø CAT 16/ 24m grader
- Ø CAT 854k wheel dozer
- Ø CAT 789/ 793 dump trucks
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
