**Labour Hire & Recruitment Manager**

We are committed to delivering high-quality consulting, business services, recruitment and labour hire services to employers in various sectors, including building and construction, aged care, health, government, and corporate industries.
The labour-hire division and business is continuing its expansion strategy, and we need highly experienced individuals to support our domestic growth in Canberra and Sydney.
**Position Overview**:
You have an opportunity to;
- Support the scale of many small businesses that seek labour hire and recruiting services.
- Please contribute to the growth of our organisation.
- Play a pivotal role in driving innovation, AI change and additional services.
- Launching and maturing labour hire and recruitment services nationally.
- Building new relationships, maintaining existing and growing new networks.
- Recruiting for employers.
**About You**:
- Three years experience in the labour-hire and or recruitment industry.
- Best described as a highly productive person who is a role model to others.
- A strong desire to support the growth and maturity of a thriving business.
- Has sound knowledge of the labour-hire and recruitment industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the growth of the Canberra, Sydney labour-hire business.
- Support the growth of the Canberra, Sydney recruiting business.
- Establish new client relationships.
- Productively manage all incoming client enquiries.
**Remuneration**:
- Salary ranges between $70,000 to $85,000, plus superannuation.
**Please note.**
This is **not** a work-from-home position; you will be required to work at Mitchell, Canberra. This is not a business development role, and there is no need for interstate travel.
