FCR Advisory Role
We seek a skilled professional to join our Financial Crime Risk Advisory team in delivering expert advice and oversight. As an integral part of the 2nd Line of Defence, you will design and operate risk management frameworks ensuring compliance or reducing organisational risk.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide financial crime advice and second-line oversight to the organisation, as well as assist the Head of FCR Advisory in delivering assurance reviews on the Group's financial crime control environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Operational Risk Event assessments, breach evaluations, regulatory reporting, oversight of remediation plans, and assurance reviews.
What We're Looking For
* Expertise in providing advice and support to financial institutions in financial crime.
* Knowledge of relevant financial crime legislative requirements, industry codes, and practices.
* Second-line of defence experience within banking or financial services in operational risk, regulatory risk, financial crime governance, and/or advisory services.
* Experience in supporting financial crime reviews, management information, and other reporting.
* Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
