Site & Maintenance Planning Administrator

About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site & Maintenance Planning Administrator to provide high‑level administrative support to management, contractors, and visitors. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, reliable maintenance planning, and long‑term sustainability of site facilities and equipment. You will support the Reliability Lead in managing maintenance activities, compliance, and documentation while driving process improvements across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and track preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections (MEX/CMMS)
* Manage maintenance requests and prioritise tasks to minimise production impact
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and budgets
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable tasks
* Support contractors and vendors, including performance management and inductions
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement site safety procedures
* Maintain asset inventories, logbooks, and replacement planning
* Assist with training, process improvements, and updating maintenance policies
* Provide reception and general administrative support to site stakeholders
Skills & Requirements
* Previous experience in maintenance planning or site administration
* Proficient in CMMSMEX) and MS Office
* Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
Location: Bassendean
Hours: Monday to Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
