Responsibilities:
* Maintain quality control processes.
* Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
* Motivating factory workers to continually achieve targets.
* Filling in as manager when required.
Requirements:
* Problem-solving skills.
* Mechanically minded.
* Effective communication skills.
* Forklift license
* MR Truck license
* Packing machine operation and knowledge of fishing and baits would be an advantage.
