Your new role
We are currently looking for an experience customer service representative to join our team here in Yatala. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company, answering calls & emails as well as providing excellent customer service to anyone who comes to visit our showroom. You will provide product information and recommendations to our customers along with after-sales support on the exciting range of products we sell. Due to the nature of the pool industry, candidates must be available to work occasional weekends during peak season in the summer to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone/email/in-person enquires, quotes, orders etc
* Providing technical information and solutions to customers
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Promoting the products and services of the company to existing and new customers
* Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
* Completing administration tasks to support the daily operations of the customer service team
About You
* Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required
* A friendly, self-motivated individual
* Strong attention to detail
* Technically minded i.e. with training you can develop a good understanding of swimming pool equipment and water chemistry. Previous knowledge not required.
* Ability to address and resolve problems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
