So far, so good but now you're thinking, what would it feel like to actually work there? Don't worry, we'll walk you through it:
**What will my day to day look like?**

Here, you will take inbound calls and assist clients with queries relating to the in-house stockbroking platform (essentially a website/app which lets people manage their stocks/share trading). This could be helping them get logged in/set up on the system, troubleshooting technical issues, or giving them information about their account.

You may also:

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling of company products & services
- Record client information in relevant internal systems
- Provide administrative support to other business units

**What about my hours?**

The hours are full time (40 hour week).

Shifts will last 8.5 hours and start times will range from the earliest start at 6.30am to the latest finish being 8pm. Breaks will be 30 mins.

The shifts will rotate every 2 weeks, but the managers move people around the later time slot - to keep things fair. Also(Dollar sign emoji) when working the later shift, you will receive a 1-hour lunch break and 20% loading. Nice
