**The Nitty Gritty**:
- Mucking-in and getting your hands dirty looking after our extensive rainforest grounds
- Ensuring the protected and reliable availability of equipment and facilities for guests and team
- Creating a positive image of the resort
- Completing daily maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance schedules
- Championing WH&S; for all work methods and areas
- Responding to and attending to urgent repair requests
- Inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment
**The Talent**:
- An uncanny ability to perfectly balance safety together with maintenance scheduling; all with mínimal disruption to our guests
- A track record of performing, maintenance, and general upkeep in a diverse customer-focused workplace
- You're a bit of a 'tinkerer' with a solid trade behind you or experience in building or maintenance
