The Salary Packaging Team is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic, people focused, detail orientated Assistant Director to lead its busy Customer Services/Marketing Team – if this describes you, please read on! You will also need to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, work environment, and be comfortable juggling vying priorities to ensure that tight deadlines are met.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience administering salary packaging benefits within the public sector environment. demonstrated experience in marketing salary packaging benefits along with well-developed knowledge of the software and systems that support the Salary Packaging Teams’ administrative services. It will also be advantageous if you can demonstrate a practical understanding of the Fringe Benefit, and Goods and Services Tax Legislation that underpins our services.
To be considered for the role, in addition to the above, you must be able to demonstrate your commitment to high quality customer service and be willing to accompany our novated lease providers across various ACT Government sites among other face to face marketing initiatives. Our successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality advice and information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, it is essential that you can demonstrate your excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly desirable.
- An ACT Government CMTEDD Baseline clearance is required for this position.
