Technical Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our User Experience team, you will provide site-based technical support, conduct maintenance and troubleshooting activities, and support our managed services customers.
This role involves providing prompt solution-based support, acting upon incident and requests, and data entry into ServiceNow for analysis or further escalation. You will also be responsible for general software and hardware support, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, AD, SCCM, Citrix, Basic Networking, Airport Peripherals/Technologies, and MDM/Intune.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience of providing desktop/field services within an enterprise level organisation, as well as sound knowledge across technologies including Active Directory, O365, SCCM, Citrix, Windows 10, and Azure Desktop.
You will also need to have experience working with Apple products, completed Microsoft or vendor-based courses, and experience in use of ITSM systems (ServiceNow highly desirable). Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills are essential, along with an Australian drivers' licence and reliable car (expenses to be claimed).
