About the team Our team is composed of scientists with PhDs, with a strong publication profile and an appetite to see the impact of innovation on real-world systems at scale. Basic Qualifications - PhD in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields - Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C- Experience in solving business problems through machine learning, data mining and statistical algorithms - Experience researching, developing and implementing deep learning algorithms Preferred Qualifications - 3 years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience - Strong publication record in top-tier peer-reviewed machine learning, natural language processing, or information retrieval conferences, e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, KDD, AISTATS Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
