Project Manager Position Overview
The Rottnest Island Authority is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, development, and construction delivery of new build projects.
Key responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
* Experience in project management, including initiation, planning, design development, procurement, execution, and closure;
* Highly developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
* Proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines;
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive technical experience in project management;
* Highly developed financial and budget management skills;
* Ability to apply and promote principles of equity, diversity, and work health and safety in the workplace;
* Desirable: tertiary qualification in a relevant field;
