Due to continued growth, a rare opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute Financial Controller to join the leadership team.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. You will be responsible for:
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Overseeing statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, US, Ireland)
* Managing capital-raising initiatives including equity, debt, and grant funding
* Delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to support Executive and Board decision-making
* Leading external audit processes and ensuring compliance with Nasdaq and PCAOB standards
* Managing cash flow forecasting and daily liquidity oversight
* Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
* Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* CA/CPA qualification, ideally with Big 4 experience
* Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a listed or multinational environment
* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP, and taxation across multiple jurisdictions
* Demonstrated experience in capital transactions and investor relations
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Oracle NetSuite and Power BI highly regarded
* A proactive, resilient, and strategic mindset with strong leadership capabilities
