Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
* Providing consultation and leadership to multidisciplinary teams
* Driving quality improvement initiatives within the service
* Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and allied health professionals
* Mentoring and coaching staff to build capability in mental health care
You Will Need:
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex clinical activities
* Demonstrated specialist level knowledge in acute inpatient psychiatry
* Capacity to effectively undertake a consultation/leadership role within a multidisciplinary setting
