Seeking a senior financial leader to manage the books of US technology and media companies.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, audit experience, and a willingness to do end-to-end accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day finance operations, including accounts, payroll, and compliance.
* Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and board reports.
* Oversee statutory reporting, tax, and audit processes.
* Liaise with external accountants.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and forecasting.
* Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.
* Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
* Support executive decision-making with data-driven financial insights.
* Manage and mentor a small finance team.
Requirements
* CA or CPA qualification required.
* 10+ years' experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role.
* Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
* Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Xero.
* Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
* Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
