Senior Operations Lead
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Development & Building business unit, managing a high-performing technical team, delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, driving business development initiatives, and contributing to business-wide strategy.

1. Leadership and Management:

2. Project Delivery and Operational Oversight:

1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
3. Evaluate project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Business Development and Client Relationships:
1. Purpose: Expand market presence, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
2. Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with government agencies, clients, and industry stakeholders.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Represent the company at events and within networks.
4. Financial Management:
1. Purpose: Ensure financial performance, contribute to strategic planning, and maintain accurate records.
2. Responsibilities:
1. Manage forecasting, budgets, and reporting for the business unit.
2. Oversee financial health and profitability.
3. Collaborate with the GM and CFO to align financial and business goals.
5. Quality and Safety Standards:

1. Maintain ISO9001 and WHS standards.
2. Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
3. Champion continuous improvement and compliance.
