We're now planning to expand into Melbourne with the launch of a new face-to-face clinic — and seeking passionate psychiatrists to help shape this exciting next chapter. STRONG REFERRAL NETWORK: Access a GP referral network of over 15,000 clinics across multiple states, ensuring a consistent and robust patient base.
ESTABLISHED PATIENT BASE AND THRIVING PATIENT NETWORK: In 2024, our clinic demonstrated its strength and patient demand by conducting over 20,000 consultations, and maintaining a robust database of 17,000 existing patients. These numbers highlight the clinic’s well-established reputation, thriving patient network, and the consistent workload available to our psychiatrists.
EXCEPTIONAL EARNING POTENTIAL: Enjoy above-industry rates with an estimated average net income of $4,500 to $6,000 per day. We also offer a minimum net income guarantee of $4,500 per day for the first 6 months, providing strong financial stability as you establish your practice.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE WITH WORK-LIFE BALANCE: We are recruiting Psychiatrists to join the launch of our new Melbourne face-to-face clinic, with flexible part-time or full-time options (minimum 2 days per week). Roles are also available at our established Sydney clinic and via Telehealth. All positions offer no inpatient or on-call duties, supporting a sustainable and balanced practice. This arrangement provides the flexibility to achieve a balanced and fulfilling work-life dynamic while accommodating patients’ scheduling needs.
HASSLE-FREE COMPREHENSIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Supported by a 20+ member reception team and team supervisors, our clinic offers all-inclusive services that manage all non-clinical responsibilities, including scheduling, billing, marketing, and bookkeeping. With established procedures and streamlined operations, we ensure a smooth, efficient workflow that allows psychiatrists to focus on patient care.
EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES – SYDNEY & MELBOURNE: Our Sydney clinic, located in the heart of Strathfield just 2 minutes from the train station, has been operating since 2020 and features 8 modern, well-equipped consulting rooms in a calm and welcoming environment. We’re now planning the launch of our new Melbourne clinic, and it will be purpose-built with the same focus on comfort, functionality, and clinician experience — shaped with input from the psychiatrists who join us.
HIGH PSYCHIATRIST RETENTION RATE: Psychiatrists value the positive workplace culture and fulfilling work environment, with the majority of our Psychiatrist choosing to stay for 2 years or longer.
CONTINUITY OF CARE MODEL: Ongoing patient care rather than one-off assessments. Over 99% of our telehealth consultations use billing code 296, reflecting our commitment to long-term patient relationships.
AUTONOMY IN REFERRALS: Referrals are triaged by the administrative team to match the psychiatrist's clinical expertise and preferences, with full autonomy to accept or decline any referral.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Benefit from continuous learning opportunities from peer reviews, mentoring, and social events with our Psychiatrist team, with the added benefit of earning CPD points through our peer review events. Access to our in-house email support group for instant support among our Psychiatrist team.
SUPPORTIVE LEAVE COVERAGE: Our extensive psychiatrist team enables a flexible covering doctor system. Psychiatrists can take extended leave with peace of mind, either by remaining contactable or have a designated covering doctor manage their patients. This approach supports patient continuity of care, reduces patient disruptions and helps mitigate the risk of complaints during absences.
HIGH PATIENT RETENTION RATE: Proven track record of building long-term therapeutic relationships and fostering continuity of care, with patients who trust our expertise and love returning to us.
