About the Role
As Supervisor - Supply, you will drive safety, performance and continuous improvement across all warehouse and supply operations. You'll work closely with procurement, production and transport providers to ensure critical materials - from diesel and reagents to mill balls and copper concentrate logistics - are managed seamlessly.
You will lead an established team on an 8:6 roster, ensuring high standards of compliance, efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site, company and regulatory requirements.
* Lead Critical Control Management activities, inspections, incident reporting and governance processes.
* Ensure warehouse procedures are maintained and personnel are trained, authorised and competent.
* Manage team rosters, recruitment, onboarding, development and performance reviews.
* Set clear expectations, coach team members and drive high-performance behaviours.
* Plan and coordinate daily and weekly warehouse operations to meet site service requirements.
* Oversee accurate receival, storage, dispatch and SAP inventory management, including stocktakes and compliance.
* Manage transport contractors and critical supply logistics, including copper concentrate movements to Port Hedland.
* Monitor key material levels (diesel, reagents, mill consumables) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
* Review transport invoices, allocate costs and support financial governance requirements.
* Partner with site stakeholders to coordinate transport solutions, including urgent deliveries (hotshots).
* Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
About You
You are a proactive, safety-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic operational environment. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management
* 2-5 years' experience in a similar role (mining, minerals processing, oil & gas or heavy industry preferred)
* Demonstrated supply chain, procurement and inventory control experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to lead stakeholder meetings
* Manual driver's licence
* Certificate III or IV in Transport & Logistics (Warehousing & Storage)
* Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics
