* Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries to ensure seamless financial transactions.
* Prepare and maintain accurate patient files, ensuring up-to-date documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
* Process payments efficiently, maintaining accurate financial records and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming to patients at all times.
* Address patient complaints or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, providing resolutions that meet their needs.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence to support the smooth operation of the office.
