Project Control Specialist
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team responsible for project controls, ensuring projects are delivered within cost and schedule parameters.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Establish standards, templates, and processes for the management of programs and projects.
3. Lead and develop a team of project control analysts, driving engagement and performance.
4. Plan and schedule programs, projects, and activities.
5. Develop and manage cost estimates for projects.
6. Provide progress and project health metric reporting.
7. Implement earned value management (EVM) and baseline change management.
8. Coordinate monthly analysis and reporting activities.
9. Ensure consistent schedule and cost data flow between corporate systems.
10. Deliver Continuous Improvement:
11. Identify and deliver continuous improvement projects within the PMO and business units.
