Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to develop and refine their goals
* Link customers to relevant service providers
* Build knowledge of local services and organisations customers can utilise
* Provide crisis support to customers
* Assess and manage risk in line with organisational policies and procedures
Selecting the Right Candidate:
* Strong understanding of the NDIS and operational guidelines
* High emotional intelligence
* Experience in the Community Services field with strong community connections
* Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
* Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience working within the NDIS framework
